On February 6, the 2023 Annual Summary and Commendation and 2024 Responsibility Target Signing Conference of Meichen Industrial Group was grandly held in the company’s report hall. The conference comprehensively summarized the work in 2023, encouraged and commended the advanced, arranged and deployed the 2024 responsibility targets, and mobilized all cadres and employees to unify their thoughts, build consensus, and clarify the direction to achieve high-quality development of the company.
At the meeting, Zhang Chongsen, chairman of the company’s trade union and deputy general manager, announced the list of departments and individuals that won various models and awards in 2023, and presented awards on the spot.
To ensure the smooth completion of various operating indicators in 2024, the company used the corporate strategic plan as a guide to determine the goals and tasks of each business of the company in 2024, and held a responsibility target signing ceremony at the meeting.
On behalf of the company, Wang Yonggang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, congratulated the advanced collectives and individuals who were commended, reviewed and summarized the work of the group in 2023, and put forward work requirements for key tasks in 2024.

All cadres and employees of the company have worked together to achieve good results in business production, R&D innovation, quality improvement, supply chain management and other aspects, and efficiently completed the annual goals and tasks. The revenue hit a record high in the company’s history. The company’s development has reached a new level, presented a new atmosphere, and achieved new results.
Wang Yonggang emphasized that 2024 is a key year for the implementation of the “14th Five-Year Plan” and a key year for the company’s development and comprehensive reform.
